An Emerald Isle recipe. Salmon, shallots, herbs and bread crumbs molded into delicious cakes,
covered in a warm dill sauce and served with rice and vegetables.

Fresh Atlantic sea scallops lightly sautéed combined with sun dried tomatoes in a
pesto white wine cream sauce. Served with rice and vegetables.
